Position summary
Adobe is seeking talented Product Manager to drive initiatives on how users can get more when their apps are cloud-connected and collaborate effectively with others, internally and externally. We must capitalize on the network effects to shift the user habits to significantly improve productivity of teams.In this high visibility role, you will be part of a highly motivated team of product leaders responsible for defining the vision and strategy for Adobe Document Cloud (including Acrobat and Adobe Sign) and help in growing the business. As a product manager, you will define the strategy and drive the development of products in the business that impacts the lives of billion users around the world you will play the central role in defining product features and communicating requirements with multiple teams and ultimately ensuring that the product meets our customer needs. Strong leadership skills will be required to drive consensus on requirements and to ensure decisions are made in a timely manner. What you'll do:

• Define the strategy and drive the development of products in Adobe Document Cloud
• Work with highly talented engineering, marketing, sales, and other teams to drive success for the business.
• Execute on the product strategy, roadmap and requirements by working closely with customers, partners, internal product teams, engineering, and senior management team.
• Be the customer advocate every step of the way, help the entire product team to see what makes the difference between just another feature and customer delight
• Define and champion product vision and strategy with prioritized feature requirements
• Measure and assess the efficacy of the product roadmap for customer delight and business success
• Deliver presentations and demonstrations that highlight product value

What you need to succeed:

• Proven track record of defining product requirements and delivering successful products.
• B.Tech/BE in Engineering and MBA (from top IIMs, XL, ISB) or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years of post-MBA experience is highly desirable.
• Experience of defining roadmap & delivering impact on a large scale is highly desirable.
• Ability to prioritize in ambiguous situations
• Demonstrated skills in making data-driven recommendations and drive decisions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills ability to work across teams with geographically remote team members.
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to learn and adapt.
