Job Description
Job descriptionHiring for Recruiters for Hyderabad location. Looking for candidates with hands on Job Portal Sourcing and with minimum 6 months of Experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
It is an end to end recruitment module. Responsible for end-to-end hiring and sourcing, Job portal ( Naukri, Indeed, Monster, Shine )
Posting job descriptions on job boards and tracking posting status and results.
Schedule and coordinate all candidate interviews with the managers and briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews.
Conducting first level interviews, coordinating with ops round and taking care of all Recruitment compliances.
Willing to work 6 days a week.
Work from office currently
No transport
