Hiring for Recruiters for Hyderabad, Noida and Pune location. Looking for Candidates with hands on Job Portal Sourcing and with minimum 6 months of Experience in BPO Bulk Hiring.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. It is an end to end recruitment module. Responsible for end-to-end hiring and sourcing from Non-agency channels i.e. Referrals, Job portal and Social Media. Experience in BPO sourcing (Tech / Semi Tech / Cust Service) Agent hiring experience for Voice / Non voice processes.
2. It involves, Sourcing, Co-ordination, Documentation etc..,
3. Should be hands on Job portal sourcing and willing to work 6 days a week.
4. Conducting first level interviews, coordinating with Training / VnA / ops or client round and taking care of all Recruitment compliances.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Hands-on experience in Volume/Bulk hiring is mandatory
2. Should be proactive in responding to stakeholders or maintaining reports
3. Hands-on experience in MS excel
4. Good written and oral communication is a must.
5. Perform and meet individual target on month on month basis.
6. Willing to work from office (Noida Sector 127, HYD - Hi Tech City, Pune - Hinjewadi)
7. Should be a Graduate and should have all supporting Documents as per resume.
* No freshers No Direct Walk-In.
