Ensure 90% of Sub-brokers (SB & IFA) are Active every month
Work on Inactive SBs to make them Active
Advising Sub-brokers clients on various investment ideas based on the suitability to their risk profile, return expectation, asset allocation, liquidity needs etc.
Responsible for delivering SIP / Lump sum targets
Conduct SB engagement programs every month
Manage 90 % of SIP Registered to Triggered ratio
Up selling of Third party financial products Life & Non-Life Insurance, Mutual Fund - SIP etc.
Deliver outstanding customer service with enthusiasm and a winning smile.
