Location: Bangalore

About the Organization:

Role is for leading ITES Global Giant and having PAN India Operations. Leading No. 1 BPO in India with prospective expansion vision.
Job Description:

Candidates with 6-7 years of experience in Health care Voice operations (provider)
Should have good knowledge in provider credentialing.
Lead motivate coach and retain a team of Healthcare associates to deliver a superior customer experience through excellent service quality product knowledge investigation request and fulfillment activities. Monitor calls to improve on quality minimize errors and track operative performance and build an efficient and effective team.
Extensive knowledge of insurance contracts medical hospital and dental procedures preferred
Very good understanding of Provider credentialing with insurance companies CAQH activities and application submission with insurance companies for the provider to be credentialed
Periodically review teams performance and chalk out plan to meet the needs of the client.
Responsible for interacting with clients on an on-going basis.
Should be well experienced in preparing reports identifying trends and patterns work allocation team handling and client interaction.
Should have strong leadership skills
Good Communication skills (verbal and written).
Should be willing to work in night shifts.
