Must have experience in US Healthcare (Claims Adjudication).
Immediate Joiners and designated Team Leaders are Preferred.
Monitoring billing activities performance management and production standards and quality of results.
Providing technical assistance to staff in order to initiate billing to all appropriate payer types.
Should be willing to work in Night Shift.
Should have excellent communication skill.
Should have experience as Team Leader leading a team of 20 -25 members.
Must ensure adherence to engagement plans for team members.
Should manage the attrition and absenteeism of the team members.
Should be Identifying & grooming high potential team members for the next level.
Must follow the performance management grid & take immediate steps for any variance.

Calling Time : 10:00 AM - 5: 00 PM
Available: Monday to Saturday
