Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

To lead a designated team of fundraising executives to generate funds for WWF India from individual donors.

Accountable for handling 8-10 fundraisers.

Individual Target will be also be required to achieve.

Collaborate with Outreach officer and approach corporates seeking permissions to put up kiosks and solicit donations from employees in Corporates and visitors in Malls and Exhibitions.

Managing, developing and coaching the fund raising executives for meeting desired targets.

Lead the site operations for raising fund from existing sources and identify potential funding opportunities.

Ensuring each fundraiser reporting to you will achieve their monthly target.

Responsible for daily training in sales and product knowledge of the organization.
