Greetings from AP Management Consultancy!!Hiring for Technical Project Manager -Bangalore
Requirement:
- Strong knowledge of project management disciplines, with experience of having executed complex projects over 3 years, with good exposure to banking/financial domain.
- Strong analytical, communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Stakeholder management should include working with Business Units, driving Steering Committee meetings, reporting to Senior Management, PMO, etc.
- Excellent planning & execution capabilities, across varied type of projects, using suitable methodologies including Agile.
- Should have experience in driving teams towards the objectives of the project, and built strong working relationship with immediate team members and Subject Matter Experts (technical & domain experts).
- Good knowledge of core skills such as technology or financial domain.
Responsibilities:
- Deliberate and methodical selection of management activities, methods, involvement and behaviour needed in the specific project. Tailor project management according to the specific project terms and characteristics.
- Facilitates correct organizational setup for the project and establishes the working relationships with business areas, suppliers, Steering committee, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Ensures proper scope elicitation and manages scope change, communication, issues and risks, and organisational change to meet project objectives.
- Identifies and negotiates schedules, milestones and resources required to meet project objectives.
- Ensures that project deliverables conform to strategy directions and desired system architecture.
- Actively manages the development and preparation of business cases, cost/benefit analysis and project budgets.
- Monitors project financial performance to maintain the quality of services, deliverables and content within proposed budget.
- Evaluates and reports progress in terms of quality, financial and performance metrics to relevant stakeholder and committees.
- Provides matrixed direction and leadership to all project team participants may have direct supervisory responsibility. Provides performance feedback to the manager of each project team participants.
