JD for DEPUTY MANAGER/MANAGER SAP to be deputed at our Corporate Office, Madhapur, Hyderabad,
Role: ASST.MGR/DY.MGR/MGR SAP Industry: Oil/ Energy /Machinery Equipments Mfg.
Experience: Working knowledge of 10 to 12 years of SAP Implementation. Functional Area: Purchase, Materials, Finance & Stores.
Designation: ASST MGR/DY.MGR/MGR- SAP Coordinator
Nationality: Indian
Location: H.O. Madhapur Hyderabad, Telangana State.,
Education: Bachelor of Degree or Post Graduation or Equivalent good Academic back ground
Competency Profile: SAP (FICO, MM Modules), MS Office knowledge
University: Reputed University in India.
Languages known: English & Hindi languages preferred
Job: Full Time
Senior 12 Years of experience for below key roles & responsibility.
Key Roles / Job Responsibilities: SAP SD Module/ SOS, PIR, and STO in SAP/ Bring SAP transactions online/ Other Tasks
and crisis management
To Develop all SOP for SAP Implementation for Finance, Procurement, logistics & other departments for all abroad and domestic sites.
To ensure that standardized methods and procedures are used in all changes, in order to minimize the impact of any related incidents upon service.
To follow various methodologies to implementation of SAP.
To Design and Development departmental wise customization internally.
To identify Enhancements /modifications. If business requires some special procedure.
Analyzing functional specification with functional consultant.
As per Business Requirement new develop and Implement objects in SAP.
Implement and Development of all modules in SAP.
Coordinating with support team on configuration and technical development in SAP.
Identify the test scenarios so testers know what to execute.
Develop and Implement objects in SAP performing end user testing.
Convey the end result to stakeholders so they know what they are getting.
Support testing performance in different SAP servers, maintain SAP online, escalate any problem immediately.
Preparing the document as per identified gaps in the business process.
Discussing with functional consultants possibility to fill the gaps.
Finally approve in the solutions for the gaps in the business.
INTERNAL / EXTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS ENGLISH & HINDI
Internally with Production Team/Project Teams/H.O. Team, Externally with Clients / Others
