Job Description

Responsible for managing and coordinating integrated delivery teams for the accounts and client responsible for acting as the primary contact between the DPE and delivery support organization
Work with the DPE, PE, and client to understand requirements support the delivery team to better ways to provide services in an efficient manner and meet the committed SLA s etc.
Provide technical direction to delivery teams in support of services changes and critical system recovery, be client visible and provide E2E delivery of integrated Services for a client and account team.
Monitor and manage Services level Performance and report potential exposures in a timely manner
Proactively monitor the problem and change process and manage issues and alerts as needed to ensure quality of services lead the delivery team to deliver the agreed client delivery plan for their services.
Oversee system security and compliance regulations in support of the client environment.
Should hold overall responsibility for client satisfaction.
