JD: TEST ENGINEER MANUALJob Description Test Engineer (Manual)
Purpose
To analyze the client requirements to develop test plans and validate the study based on the
functionality. To support in manual testing of critical functionality requirements including
data setup of the study for Client UAT and live implementations.

Responsibilities
Creates testing scenarios and test data for studies.
Can provide developer with guidance on the source of test errors.
Executes testing strategy by taking into account risk, time and other factors
Attend to all related documentation as per processes
Demonstrates understanding through prior study experience.
Treat others with care, respect and consideration regardless of their position or status
Understands role and contribution relative to project objectives
Understands the complexity inherent across geographies and cultural or regional boundaries.
Regularly uses company's global knowledge systems.
Skills & Competencies
Experience with SQL, Web application testing
Experience with reviewing requirements and developing test cases based on requirements
White box testing experience at the unit, integration and system levels
Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Must be able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced start-up environment
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Education & Experience
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
1-3 years of software Testing experience required.
Experience in Clinical Domain is an added advantage
EXP: 1 TO 3 YEARS
LOCATION: BANGALORE
NP: MAX 45 DAYS IDEALLY IMMEDIATE
EMPLOYMENT: FTE ON PMT BASIS WITH CLIENT
