- 1 Years experience into BPO.
- Good in communication.
- Has worked as a process trainer and product trainer.
- Should know the tools to save training attrition
- Should be aware of POWER POINT and excel
- Prepare Training Calendar and Working plan
- TNI based Refreshers
- Tracking Training Effectiveness for NHT and Refreshers for all the Circles
- Coordinating Calibrations sessions with Client and Internal Quality and Operations team.
- Have experience in OJT, TTT, TNI, TNA
Candidate Profile:
*Candidate with Good/Exellent Communication in English
*Candidate should have worked as a Process Trainer in *Previous/Current job role on papers.
*Qualification : Graduation
*Should be Confident and Optimistic.
