We are inviting applications for the role of SA, Network Engineer
In this role, you will be responsible for establishing IPSEC VPN (site to site) between site hospitals and client data centers.
Responsibilities
Service Tasks:
Answer inbound calls from Field Engineers and Connectivity Leaders in relation to checkouts and connectivity related issues
Take measures to ensure remote connectivity is established to the client machines and remote site
Perform checkouts on the machine to have client specific files pushed to the Digital Imaging systems
Make outbound calls to site IT, where desired and required, to establish IPSEC VPN
Perform IPSEC VPN configuration for new sites on the client VPN concentrator routers
Assign new NAT range to the new sites from the ACT tool
Complete configuration for NHN3 based systems for remote connectivity
Escalate complex technical issues to level 3
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
CCNA Certification or equivalent experience in Networking Support services
Good networking experience
Working experience on Cisco Voice systems.
Experience directly working with customer and client technical teams.
Hands-on experience in IPv4 and IPv6 subnetting and routing.
Strong computer skills and good levels of competence various business applications desirable
Preferred qualifications
Effective communicator; able to liaise with confidence with both the internal and external parties
ITIL V3 Foundation Certified
