Job Description

Certification CCNA and CCNP
Troubleshoot highly complex network issues (LAN & WAN) and provide corrective actions to restore the services
Troubleshoot and resolve highly complex WAN issues in coordination with carriers & suppliers
Hands-on experience on troubleshooting Cisco ASR, ISR routers, 4600 and 6500 switches,
Good Knowledge of Routing & Switching Protocol, Network Monitoring and remote management tools
Experience in handling CISCO L3 and L2 Devices.
Knowledge in MPLS and VPN networks.
Expertise in CISCO switch ( Experience of Nexus would be added advantage), Router ( ASR and ISR )
Maintaining and taking the periodical backup of all the IT Components.
Designing, updating the WAN & LAN diagrams & documenting the Network details
Creation of SOP and responsible for change management
Responsible for technical documentation of network and updating internal knowledge database.
Proactive Monitoring of any NMS(Network Monitoring System) tool
