Inviting applications for the role of Manager-AI Strategist, LDT Team
We re looking for a savvy techno functional enthusiast to join our growing team of data science experts and be a part of one-of-a-kind Data Program of the industry. Looking for an individual with excellent on understanding requirements, problem statements and identifying solutions. Needs to work closely with multiple stakeholders using skills on data and business. Should be passionate about application of machine learning to bring meaningful client outcomes
Responsibilities
Being part of AI/ML Lab, will be working alongside Data Scientists, ML engineers and Python developers in the team.
Will act as a bridge between the operations teams, stakeholders, and the lab.
Should possess good data and business understanding well enough to identify/define direction, requirements & gaps.
Gather requirements as per the defined problem statements
Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in areas of product management, business problem or data analysis. Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Uses data analysis to support recommendations.
Ensure delivery within area of responsibility by meeting the set KPIs by business.
Duties include all aspects of the day-to-day servicing, analytic support, client presentations.
Anticipate issues/conflicts and proactively escalate to immediate manager
Persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field.
Project technical/functional documentation
Qualification we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
MBA/B. Tech or equivalent with a strong academic record
Some knowledge in Finance/Insurance/Manufacturing fields
Relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent data interpretation skills.
Strong communication, negotiation skills in English in oral and written
Strong project management skills with time management/ stakeholder management
Reporting skills, presentation skills and negotiation skills
Understanding of AI/ML concepts and Usage
Financial sensitivity
Expertise on Office tools - Excel, PPT
Tableau experience would be added advantage
Python experience would be added advantage
