Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensuring establishments and implementation of Quality management system at all levels pertaining to laboratory services.
• Documentation required for NABL Accreditation program
• Review of Quality System Manual and Quality System procedure manual and departmental manuals.
• Making amendments in the Quality documents and ensuring only current and relevant versions are available for users.
• Planning Initiating and Monitoring of continual quality improvement activities in the laboratory.
• Coordinating with accrediting agency on all matters related to accreditation.
• Identifying Auditors and Auditee of various departments for the conduct of internal audit.
• Planning, Scheduling and conducting management review meeting and maintaining the records of the same for the stipulated period.
• Reporting to top management on the performance of the quality management system and need for improvement (if any).
• Acts as coordinator between Human resource, stores, purchase, IT, Administration, Maintenance and Laboratory services.
• Ensures the promotion of awareness of users needs and requirements throughout the laboratory
• Quality manager will undertake the responsibility of Technical manager in absence of Technical manager.

Desired Candidate Profile Qual- Bsc.Biochemistry.,Msc.Biochemistry.,Phd Biochemistry.Atleast 10+yrs of Experience in Hospital.Should have worked for NABH standards.
