Job Description

Location: Pune

Position: Business Analyst

Experience: 3-6

Job Description:

Must have a minimum bachelors degree in Computer Science, or relevant major
Must have at least 3 years of practical experience inbusiness/ system analysis, working with customer on requirement and business processes definition, in a variety of complex situations
Must be able to have good collaboration skills in multi-cultural environment and working with teams in different geo locations
Must have customer-facing experience: Ability to lead and facilitate sessions, resolve conflicts and present solutions using various methods (presentations, demos,business processes etc.)
Must have a wide experience in stakeholder/ client management
Must have experience and/or good knowledge in Project Portfolio Management (PPM) applications/systems, Agile Software Development, SDLC life cycle, OO programing & design
Advantage to have a wide knowledge & experience in set of products & master in E2E Business processes at least in one, if not most business domains
Advantage to have Telecommunication background, either as in-house or as vendor
Advantage to have knowledge in SharePoint 365, .NET framework, Clarizen. SQL/ PL-SQL
