Job Description

Play a critical role in Analytics unit and assist in delivering key strategic projects pertaining to Advance analytics.
Responsible for designing digital analytics strategy for the bank to ensure data and analytics help maximize client value.
Work with product managers to give product insights, recommendations, engagement/win-back strategy
Develop AI/ML use cases
Generate commercial value based on-boarding algorithms, Propensity Modelling, Attrition modelling, risk modelling, in order to maintain CASA and asset growth
Entail end to end owner ship of analytics/strategic projects
Support new customer acquisition
Identify upgrade opportunity from other client segments using client potential
Managing downgrades of clients showing continuous reduction in value
Client engagement framework basis wallet share estimation
Identify Cross-Sell & Up-Sell opportunities
