Roles and Responsibilities

Lead staff of 15-18 call taking officers

Focus on Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction by proactive escalation handling
Motivate employee performance and continuously develop talent though encouragement, feedback and coaching
Lead by example and foster a culture of accountability, integrity and respect amongst team members
Participate in recruitment for the department and ensure retention of quality employees
Responsible for achieving team performance targets: productivity, quality and customer satisfaction.
Ensure sales productivity for every individual agent within the team by driving objectives specified by business
