As the Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for: 1. Handling the telecalling team of 8 to 10 people. 2. The team will be responsible for out call and qualify leads and pass through to the counseling team. All the aspects of management are as below: Team People Metric BQM 3. The overall effectiveness of the team 4. Hiring the correct talent and ensuring good churn 5. Meticulous note taking, record keeping and usage of the CRM software to track all leads 6. Audit periodically to ensure good health of the business 7. Manage special initiatives like chat and i/b channels of lead generation and 1st contact establishment 8. Provide insights that can refine the marketing funnel As the team leader, they will have the unique opportunity to manage and be responsible for the output of a large team of associates who are acting as the 1st touch point with students and parents for experiences with the company.
