Roles and Responsibilities

Able to use GEP internal software tools and AI to process Spend Data
Ensure all deliveries meet defined SLA's and have SOW compliance
and delivered in defined timelines with a defined number of resources.
Will be running QBR and MBR with stakeholders
Will understand data and provide solution to team and Project Leads
and be able to guide them through the delivery process
Ensure proper documentation is done for steady state and Knowledge
transfer is handled.
Ensure process set up is done for refreshes.
Mitigate resource risks and project risks.
Ensure Project charter is prepared and all risks are covered and
mitigated.
Conduct Trainings
Conduct Induction sessions for new joiners
Conduct interviews
