Job Description:

Identify new talent from job portals and other sources.
Scour job search websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally
Interview potential candidates using industry-standard technique.
Complete all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectation of the job

Skills:

1 - 4 years recruiting experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Familiarity with online job hunting websites
