Leading Bank required Assistant Manager Customer Support

The primary role of a Assistant Front Office Manager would be:-

1. He/she takes care of the front desk operation including guest registration, room assignment and check-out procedures.

2. Furthermore an Assistant Front Office Manager assists the Front Office Manager in employee related matters such as evaluations and consulting.

3. Rectify the voice error, Make them able to provide right information to customer. Improve their convincing power.

Job Description:- To attend the walk-in customer in branch. Resolve there queries regarding credit card or loan. Identify opportunities and generate sales opportunities through database deals and by existing customer of bank. Follow and adhere to the strict KYC norms set for the team. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.

Skills Required:- Should have good communication skills and analytical skills Must have knowledge on front line sales and KYC resource Must possess strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Should be hard working.

Education:- Post Graduates or Graduates both can apply
Good Communication skills
Good interpersonal skills

Salary:- 18,000/- to 25,000/- plus incentives

Locations:- New Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida and all U.P/Haryana/U.K
