We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Analytics
Responsibilities
Drive improvement and issue resolutions around the forecasting process enabled by:
o iOPs Design Authority (process, org, tech)
o Global Design Team
o -Vendor Data Scientists
o Local market SMEs and planning teams (Market Collaboration Planner & Category Demand Planning)
Triage issues / tickets and categorize into H/M/L priority with its own TAT
Understand forecast models for each individual unit, stress test on inputs and perform RCA for Issues
Suggest methods to resolve the tickets and work with Core team to improve model selection and suggestion to upgrade features if required
Driving continuous improvement by analyzing issues / tickets
Help land the FEU productivity in demand planning over a period
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Good understanding of supply chain and Demand Planning Process, organization structures and key metrics. Well-developed interpersonal / communication skills
Thorough understanding of the forecasting process as well as understanding the advanced statistics / ML concepts
Consulting w/ CPG majors solving their Supply Chain business problems.
Demonstrates problem-solving skills and working under tight timelines; multi-tasking abilities; exception-based management capability
The ability to lead and develop a team with a continuous improvement mindset
Ability to balance priorities across multiple internal and external stakeholders
Ability to learn new systems quickly and leverage systems and information to influence others
Acting swiftly on high priority issues (escalations from high priority customers) and supporting their resolution with ownership
Preferred qualifications
Supply Chain related experience in Supply-Demand, preferably in CPG Industry
Working knowledge of SAP and SAP APO
