Job Description
Assistant Manager-DevOps
This role lies with Genpact Corporate IT -Compute Management Division. You will be responsible for supporting corporate Compute operations 24X7 for internal IT. You will be working actively on the operational issues along with internal / external partners to recover the systems failure (proactive/reactive). You will have tremendous opportunities learn in one of the biggest Compute group in the industry.
Responsibilities
Leading Software Development Life Cycle, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
Designing, building, maintaining, and coordinating an automated build or release from Development to a production environment.
Experience with GIT source control and associated plugins
Configuring build or continuous integration tools (Jenkins, Azure Devops, Ant, Maven, Shell, PowerShell).
Handling Agile & project analytics for business functions
Working with cloud migrations and deployment on azure & aws
Setting integrations between the tools
Excellent client facing experience and communications skills
Ability to work intuitively, along or as part of a team environment
Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize, plan and multitask work assignments
Soft Skills
Excellent communication skills
Experience in Requirement understanding and elaboration with the customer
Proactive & must have leading experience (for lead position only)
Collaborative and responsive
Qualifications we seek un you
Minimum qualifications
Graduate in Technology (any stream)
Preferred qualifications
Understanding and proven expertise of DevOps & Scripting languageb
