You will help design and build the platform and in turn help people build their futures.
As a product owner you will work on building a world-class, innovative upskilling platform, interfacing with both internal and external stakeholders as well as senior leadership in the company. This is a great role to gain exposure and develop product management skills in a group with a start-up mentality.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a product roadmap in an agile manner
- Translate feedback into user journeys and design documents
- Understand the handoffs between product and engineering
- Be able to communicate and understand requirements from engineers, product, and business
- Translate design documents into actionable work items to be added to the product
- Work with internal development teams to build features into the product
- Senior leadership stakeholder management
- Lead and participate in design thinking workshops to understand product requirements
- Own the product lifecycle
Minimum Qualification
- Design thinking experience
- Experience working with engineers and designers
- Experience in Agile Product Management methodologies
- Experience managing a board, either in Dev Ops, Jira, or a related technology
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Great attention to detail and organization
- Ability to deal with an uncertain and rapidly changing environment
- Interest in innovation
