Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee, HR Tester
This role lies with Genpact IT -Testing Management. You will be responsible for lead the Functional testing for Taleo, Tydy, HRMS and other HR application. You will be working actively with internal / external partners to meet the end objective of Quality Assurance You will have tremendous opportunities learning by have exposure to latest applications and organization workflow.
Responsibilities
Review and analyze system specification
Collaborate with Developers and PM for effective strategies and test plans
Execute test cases ( Manual or Automated ) and analyse the results, it will include all application under HR track.
Evaluate product code according to specification
Create log to document testing phases and defects
Report bugs and errors to development teams
Help troubleshooting issues
Conduct Post-release / post- implementation testing
Work with cross functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development cycle
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
B,Tech (Information Technology) with relevant years of experience
Preferred qualifications
Understanding and proven expertise of Functional Testing of all HR Applications
