Job Description

Designation : HRIS Analyst

Experience : 7-12 years

Qualification : Bachelors in B.E / MBA in HR

Location : Pune

Preferred Industry : Manufacturing / IT

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for data mining, data analytics, business process, audits.

Expertise in compensation, advanced compensation, recruitment, data transformation.

Monitor service-desk ticketing dashboard and complete HR systems tickets/requests within dedicated service level agreement.

Advanced knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access).
