Job Description


  • Responsible for achieving daily, weekly and monthly targets
  • Consistently build, track and handle a pipeline of opportunities in CRM, provide accurate forecasts, delight customers by exceeding inbound sales service levels
  • Prospecting by making outbound calls via various lead channels to nurture relationships and generate qualified sales leads

Required Candidate profile

  • 3-4 years of experience in Inside Sales or presales process, handling inbound and outbound calls with targets
  • Team handling experience (small team for at least a year)
  • Excellent communication & reporting skills
  • Capable of learning on the fly
  • Exceptional business acumen, customer focus, listening skills, negotiating & influencing ability
  • Expert at lead management and consistently overachieves conversion targets from all the lead sources
