We have requirement for team leader profile in Delhi Ncr region.

who have minimum 1-3 year on paper experience required.

Candidate should be belongs to Delhi Ncr Region.

Salary -20-30k upto 

Job description

1 Should be comfortable in handling Outbound/ process as per requirements.

2. Should be ready to handle escalations based on customer requests.

3. Should have good knowledge of MS office ( Excel, Word and PPT)

4. Should be experienced in handling Outbound/Inbound Process, with a team size of minimum 30 to 35 people.

5. Should be able to handle team issues, manage Roster, keep attrition under control, and shrinkage under check

6.Should know KPI's & KRA's of Team leader

7. Should know various Formula's used in call center
