We are looking for TQM Coordinator- Senior Executive for a MNC based at Coimbatore.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Sustain & Enhancing TQM Practices
• Promoting TQM awareness through Employee Engagement Programs
• Digitalization of TQM initatives
• Documentation of TQM learnings
• Create & Update Policy documents
• Provide TQM communication on New initiatives
• Prepare TQM training documents and calendar
• Facilitate Model site visits
• Conduct internal audit to measure TQM progress
• Participate in TQM program and deployment
• Improve TEI across the Division
• Organizing inter unit TEI competitions

Qualifications

• Experience in QMS / TQM
• BE / Diploma - in any stream with 6 years experience for Diploma and 2 years for BE
• Promoting TQM Culture across the Company
• To have a command in QMS & TQM Practices,
• Adept in managing VUCA situations
• Should be a Goal Oriented professional with ability to transform ideas into practice
