Job Description
- Sr. Full Stack Developer (3 Positions)
Position Description:
Responsible for architecting, developing, and supporting various new and existing web and desktop applications for internal users. Basic Function: Front-end (web) / backend developer
Basic Job Functions & Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Develop, support, and deploy new vendor and internally developed desktop and web applications
- Developing solutions to help automate existing application support processes
- Developing solutions to integrate vendor applications / systems together (e.g., building APIs, services, add-ons, etc.)
- Ensure deliverables have built-in quality and meets technical standards throughout development
- Drives adoption of software engineering best practices via hands-on collaboration with team (i.e. continuous integration, appropriate testing practices, refactoring, etc.)
- Synchronizes and collaborates with architects to ensure system standardization/architecture mandates are applied where needed
- Radically improve reliability by implementing monitoring improvements and automate existing support processes
- Deploying vendor upgrades, coordinating issue resolution, managing server/application services, system designs, and general application support
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Equivalent
Technical Skills:
- Write clean, concise, robust and well-documented code
- Write modular and testable code
- Strong understanding of unit testing
- Proficient with ASP.Net, .Net Core, .Net framework, Java Script, Angular, Python, COM, Entity Framework
- Proficient in Object oriented CSS
- Proficient in VB.NET
- Proficient in OData
- Experience with implementing Modern authentication (OIDC) and OAuth
- Experience with Azure Cloud PaaS, Openshift, MS SQL Server, RabbitMQ, SignalR, Azure SQL
- Experience with Kafka streaming services
- Strong understanding of APIs (building and consuming)
- Experience with CI/CD, Microservices
- Design and development of RESTful APIs using .NET and Python
- Experience with working with design systems (e.g. Bootstrap, Material, etc.)
- Experience with Test-driven development (TDD)
- Able to troubleshoot and debug system/application/data issues with vendors/IT teams
- Familiar with agile principles, Azure DevOps, Git
Desired skills or experience:
- Experience with Big Data (Spark, Hive, Hbase)
- Previous experience with cloud technologies
Soft Skills:
- Proficient in English (written & oral)
- Requires someone who excels in identifying problems, speaking up to communicate issues gaps

2. Sr. System Architect (1 position)
Role: Sr System Architect
Primary Skills:
- Modern architectures/platforms (MicroServices)
- Solution Design capabilities, Technical mentoring, Code Reviews
- Good Hands on .NET / .Net Core (C#)
- ASP.NET, MVC, Entity Framework
- WebAPI (RESTful Services)
- FrontEnd (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery) - Intermediate level
- Microsoft Azure PaaS Services (App Service, Function App, APIM, Storage)
Secondary Skills:
- UML Diagrams(Standard Integration, Basic Deployment)
- TOGAF or other structured architecture principles
- Angular
- Angular Advance (Bootstrap, Material)
- Modern authentication (OAuth 2 0, OpenId Connect)
- OpenShift
- Kafka streaming services
- CI-CD pipeline, Azure DevOps
- Test-driven development (TDD) - Nunit, MS Test Framework
- Github, Azure Dashboard
- Agile principles
Good to have:
- TOGAF or other structured architecture principles
