We have immdidate opening for Scrum Master/Project Manager for our MNC client on contract roles.
Client :- Novartis Health Care
Loactions :- Any where in India
Experience :- 5 to 9 Plus Years
CTC :- up to 15 LPA
Employment Type :- Contract Role( 1 Year + exentable)
Job Purpose:
- The primary responsibility is to support project teams in delivering key workstreams within Agile focused projects, in-line with the companys strategy.
- The position holder manages the diverse stakeholders, supports delivery of engagements and associated outputs, supports the team in day-to-day engagement work/project management and delivers high-quality deliverables.
Roles and Responsibilities
Delivering excellence on projects:
- Review existing setup - permissions, workflows, dashboards and identify where functionality cannot meet user requests.
- Create and migrate JIRA projects and making changes to workflows, screens, and fields
- Develop metrics, dashboards, and advanced filters in JIRA/Confluence
- Install, upgrade, and configure JIRA plugins suitable for teams testing (X-RAY) and tracking requirements
- Develop and add user stories to the JIRA product backlog based on the agreed upon workflow
- Ensure open and timely communication in the team and with third parties (if required), ensure deliverables are ready, in high quality and delivered timely to the right partners
- Ensure that deliverables are prepared within the relevant project delivery methodology and project risks are managed, wherever required.
Contribute to delivery of client outcomes:
- Consultant assumes responsibility of quality for his tasks and ensures suitable alignment with the stakeholders and internal delivery teams
- He/she is expected to support, organize and sustain own workload to support efficient and effective working of the team
- He/she contributes towards effective collaboration and effective ways of working in the project
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-6 years of experience as Scrum Master/Project Manager with rich JIRA admin/workflow development experience
- 3+ years of experience in Confluence and Jira Service Desk Administration
- Established soft skills to effectively work with diverse set of stakeholders in the organization
- Previous work experience in the areas of project management and scrum master is preferred
- Highly self-motivated and demonstrating excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong client service focus and willingness to respond to queries and provide deliverable within prompt time frames
