Job Description:

To ensure collection from delinquent cases in Stage 2; liaise with legal team to initiate proceedings for recovery of cases under Stage 3. Portfolio Quality,NPA Pool Collection,Monitoring/ MIS, Collaborates with legal for requisite support for recovery of delinquent accounts, Legal & Compliance,Ensures strict adherence to risk, compliance and legal norms in sales processes as regulated and laid down by Compliance Team.Ensures in the case of non-performing loans, enforces the security documentation to ensure loan repayment.Knowledge of regulatory guidelines & penalties
