Experience : Minimum 1 year in IT recruitment -Preferably exposure in working with IBM

Notice Period : 15 Days only

Qualification:Any graduate (B.Tech preferred)

Job Description :

• Should have very good understanding of IT requirements.
• Must be target oriented.
• Must have experience in IT Hiring - SUBCON
• Manage full cycle recruiting processes ensuring a positive candidate experience through the interview (attract, select, interview, negotiate and extend offer)
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
