Job Description

We are Looking Candidate for following role with Reputed Chemical Company: -

Position: - Technical Associate - Panel (Batch Process)

Location: - LOTE-Chiplun

Job Profile: -

Follow all the instructions as per the Standard operating procedure
Ensuring that all the effluents are sent to ETP ( Effluent Treatment Plant)
Monitoring and controlling all the process parameters safely
Operate the DCS
Ensure to follow safety norms to achieve zero accidents and zero breakdown
To participate in Root Cause Analysis of Various safety and process safety incidents, Monitor and ensure implementation of CAPA ( Corrective Actions & Preventive Actions)
To Support Various Process safety and Responsible Care Initiatives
Report any near miss / incident or any non-compliance
Responsible to complete any other assignment given by the seniors
Close Co-ordination with the field technician to carry out process without any delay.
Inform to shift incharge if any abnormality found in process.
Coordination with QC department for timely analysis, control measures need to be taken based on analysis.
Action need to be taken if DCS indicates any alarm..
