Job Description:
At an Industry and economic level, Health as an industry segment is growing overall given the investments and addition of standalone Travel companies that get added every alternate year. Travel as a segment is growing faster than other GI segments.
Recruitment of a team of advisors for distribution of Health Insurance products. (including HNI advisors)
Giving prompt sales support and sales targets achievement.
Maintain advisor-wise performance report to motivate them to achieve their given targets.
Maintain Daily MIS and performance reports.
Conducts advisor meetings when required in the branch.
Skills / Competencies:
Minimum Experience Profile:
a) 2 years of Sales experience.
Minimum Academic Qualification Profile:
a) Graduate or Postgraduate
