Job Description

Profile:   a) Responsible for preparation of Business Planning, New Product modelling b) Responsible for preparation of Monthly MIS, Dashboards at Product level c) Responsible for analysis of Competitors Annual reports, Quarterly presentations, Balance sheet, Profit and loss statements and preparing peer analysis with insights d) Responsible for reporting on the Company's performance/dashboard on a monthly basis e) Responsible for analysis of Performance and reporting on KPI's affecting business performance. f) Preparing insights from Industry, Rating agency and research reports g) Responsible for New Project evaluation by working with various stakeholders in building a project proposal along with its financial evaluation h) Partnering effectively with business in supporting them drive key metrics affecting business performance i) Has experience in building presentations on financial performance to management  Skills: j) Has working knowledge on Advanced Excel and should be good at visualization data and analysis k) Has prior working experience in tools like Hyperion, Qlik and other BI tools. Working Knowledge on tools like R, Python and others will be an advantage but not mandatory l) Very good communication skills m) Prior experience in Banks/NBFC's will be preferred, but not mandatory
