We are Hiring for FLO IT Mod Lead Fin & Mgt
JOB LOCATION : BHARUCH - GRASIM CELLULOSIC DIVISION - VILAYAT UNIT
five specific job responsibilities of this position, as distinct from those of the immediate superior and subordinates.
Be the knowledge centre in Business IT for SAP Sales and Distribution Module and CRM
To support Business in SAP with specific focus on SD related modules
To assist in increasing the usage of SAP in units/Businesses
To assist in Standardisation of processes/MIS across SAP instances and build uniform control mechanisms
Assist Build SAP competencies in the units for SD
Partner Business in SAP SD related initiatives and CRM
1) JOB PURPOSE: WRITE THE PURPOSE FOR WHICH THE JOB EXISTS (IN 2-3 LINES)
Be a part of BIT (Central Help Desk) with the techno-functional expertise in Sales and Distribution module of SAP. SD is a critical module which is used in all units across the business with interfaces to all other modules. Optimizing/Maximizing the usage for Business benefits and deriving synergistic benefits thru standardization of processes
Proactively engage in SAP deployment at units (Across Globe) and build knowledge related to SD module and interfaces e.g., CRM
Set up processes and bring in Best Practices in SAP SD across. Provide solution to business units as and when required.
Ensuring all Functional support is to a high-quality standard without business interruption
Develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for completion of build, system testing and implementation phases of project
Ensure integration system activities including monitoring the technical architecture (particularly scalability, availability and archiving) meet all SLA's.

3) JOB CONTEXT & MAJOR CHALLENGES: WRITE THE SPECIFIC ASPECTS OF THE JOB THAT PROVIDE A CHALLENGE (INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL) TO THE JOBHOLDER IN THE CONTEXT OF THE BUSINESS/UNIT/FUNCTION/DEPARTMENT/SECTION
Understanding functional needs at Business/Unit levels and addressing them
Conceptualising, mapping and reuse the SD/CRM standard processes across in SAP instances
Standardisation of SD processes/reports
Assist the centralized Helpdesk to resolve SD related issues
Dealing with multiple projects and cross-functional teams
Managing multiple tasks/assignments with staggered due dates and deadlines through effective time management
Analyses business/ functional requirements and prepares project schedule, tasks, and estimates.
Leads SD Functional and other activities as necessary.
Ensures compliance of SD Functional processes to meet the SAP audit requirements
Assigns work and priorities to team members
Being a part of the SAP Centre Helpdesk Team the challenges for the incumbent are as under

Operation Support:
Responsible for L2/L3 level Operation support
- Responsible for smooth functioning of SD Business processes / Modifications / Implementation of projects assign on time as per agreed scheduled
- To gather complete / specific requirement related to SD requirements in specified format from the users as per compliance with Business / user benefits
- Knowledge Centre:
Develop expertise in SAP SD Module
Impact Analysis and assisting Businesses in SAP SD upgrades
Assist Group Shared outsourced SAP Helpdesk to close issues in SAP SD
SAP ABAP Audit Compliances
- Ensuring & Monitoring, all SD team member should maintain FS / Change Request / TR documents
- Sharing Best practices & SOP among all SD team member
- Transport Request Checking & Validating of Work done to move changes to next Level
Maintain/Support:
Design SAP SD Application Architecture framework
Ensure group-wide standardization of SAP SD related Masters and commonly used reports
Build in SAP competencies (SAP SD) in the VSF business for maximizing solution usage by
Interacting with Users, Industry Peers, Technology partner etc.
Conducting workshops
Extending scope of SAP SD functionality with contemporary tools
Assist in setting and ensure Implementation of processes for Training to maximizing solution leverage by interacting with Users, Industry Peers, Technology partner etc.
- Leveraging of SAP Knowledge by sharing SOPs through E-Mailers
Value Addition:
- Initiate automation of processes in Functional / Commercial area after analyzing information gap
- Plan and select technology after proper exploration and with long-term vision
- Encourage new ideas for better utilization of SAP
Internal Customer satisfaction:
Ensure timely services to have delighted customer
- Co-ordinate free and complete interaction with customers / module lead
- Provide support to resolve their requirement as per agreed time line
- Ensure no repetition requirement should be come by providing the common solutions
5) JOB PURPOSE OF DIRECT REPORTS: DESCRIBE THE JOB PURPOSE OF THE DIRECT REPORT/S TO THE JOB (IN 2-3 LINES FOR EACH REPORT)
Co-ordinate with SD team for timely delivery of SAP work assign to them with define time line.
