Deliverables:

1. Plan & Drive the following teams to ensure successful project delivery.

a) Procurement team

b) Project Team

c) Safety Team

d) Vendors

e) Consultants (Architects, PMC, Service Cons)

f) Clients

2. Understand & Meet expectations of customer & other stake holders to ensure satisfaction.

3. Identify & implement procedures to achieve project expectations on Quality, Time & Budget.

4. Train & Develop people for their growth.
