Inviting applications for the role of Manager, BCM Consulting
Responsibilities
- Analysts with basic operations skills and attention to detail etc.
- Strong MS Excel skills and relevant experience working with reasonable sized data sets, pivot tables, basic macros etc.
- Able to understand and draw inferences and perform Root Cause Analysis, data analysis and basic system configurations
- Understanding of the trade lifecycle, specifically trade settlements process and the various downstream user requirements of reference, trade and financial data
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualification
Successful candidates will operate across multiple projects, performing a variety of functions and must be able to demonstrate the following skills:
- Bachelor s Degree educated or equivalent
- Ability to interact and influence effectively at all levels of the organization
- Knowledge and experience of having worked in DevOps AGILE environment
- Detail-oriented with demonstrated problem solving, business analysis skills and experience with testing coordination/execution
- Ability to quickly digest new information and learn new businesses and processes
Preferred qualification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for tasks
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
