Job Description

Expert to write PLSQL queries in Oracle/SQL.Preferable Oracle knowledge. Working Knowledge of ASP.net will have an added advantage. Expert inMicrosoft Excel Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Engineering (or related technical discipline) 4-6 years of relevant experience in L2 technical customer support, with a strong customer interaction experience Good troubleshooting & debugging skills Strong documentation skills Passion to be a part of a hardworking and winning team Willing to work in a 24x7 environment and provide weekend coverage, if needed Ability to empathize with customers and convey confidence Prefer candidates with Health Insurance domain knowledge 5 Days working
