The purpose of the role is to manage multiple complex NetSuite ERP projects from the scoping stage through to delivery. You will closely work with the client updating them on the progress of work while overseeing a team of on-site and offshore information architects, designers, developers and testers executing the work.
The desired NetSuite ERP Project Managers/ E-Commerce project managers should have wide breadth of knowledge in various online and ERP/ E-commerce platform technologies, as well as experience working with multi-vendor system integrations and internal development teams. In addition, the desired candidate should have exceptional experience in project management methodologies and resource management to ensure project results contribute positive business value and meet agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality objectives for our clients.
This is a senior-level position and typically reserved for those with relevant project management experience.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own and drive successful execution and delivery of NetSuite ERP/ E-Commerce project solution implementation.
- Influence leadership within the business areas to create and maintain alignment around the project business objectives, measurable benefits, success criteria, scope, and constraints impacting project delivery.
- Resolve project conflicts and competing priorities. Communicate state of the project to executive leadership and drive project execution and delivery according to business needs and requirements.
- Provide NetSuite ERP/ E-Commerce functionality expertise during project planning, development and production-support.
- Review platform and architecture to recommend effective options for implementing business functionality and collaborate with Management and stakeholders to lead ERP/E-Commerce requirements gathering and analysis.
- Lead teams in designing and implementing their respective NetSuite systems and serve as senior business systems managers on client engagements and queries.
- Accountable for the successful delivery of all project phases, releases, and project components for NetSuite ERP or E-Commerce projects
- Responsible for overall quality, engagement, and adherence to the schedule and hours allocated for the project
- Share best practices, industry knowledge, and personal expertise to educate both clients and fellow consultants, in formal and respectable way.
- Adherence to timelines
- Track milestones and timelines across projects and institute necessary workflow, personnel and financial resource allocations
- Good domain knowledge in Financial Accounting (Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, General Ledger, Purchase, Fixed Asset, Inventory management etc.)
- Assess project health and direct any necessary corrective measures. Creatively apply project management processes to address unique situations. Assess project status and direct corrective measures to ensure project success including escalation and visibility to Senior Leadership when appropriate.
- Create project plans detailing project schedule, resource/budget estimates, quality requirements and metrics, and organizational change management activities. Establish project roles and responsibilities and provide team members with clear direction.
- Define and document project work breakdowns, monitor task, status, update work estimates and incorporate new tasks into plan as needed.
- Direct daily activities and efficiently manage a project team of business and development resources. Evaluate and manage project change impacts. Perform other duties as assigned or apparent.
Required Candidate profile
QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelors degree in Finance, Electrical, information technology, or equivalent, required or Experience handling and successful Implementation of E-Commerce Projects.
- Strong project management background, proven success in delivering projects on time, on budget and in scope
- 4+ years experience in information systems development or implementation with progressively more complex responsibilities and accountability.
- Successful track record of delivering on agreed-upon business objectives and performance on key metrics.
- Ability to effectively document business and technical designs
- Self-starter with strong business judgment who can initiate action and follow through with well-defined solutions and action plans.
- The ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients at all levels of the organization.

- REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5 years professional services/products experience.
- 3-5 years managing software projects with at least 5 resources (preferably in an ERP/E-Commerce context (Sales force, Microsoft dynamics, Ramco, AXA etc.), inclusive of NetSuite platform.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including polished presentation skills: you will regularly present project status / demo software to all levels client organizations.
- Experience taking proactive action to improve project velocity and reliability.
- Manage at least 3 end to end ERP/ E-Commerce Implementations.
- Experience working with Us customers.
- Should be able to work in US/EST/CST time zone hours on a needed basis.
- Should have experience working with USA or European/Gulf based customers.
