Greetings of the day!
We are Hiring for Team Lead - PMS & JAE
The person will be part of designing, developing, and implementing an efficient, fair and transparent Performance Management System across the business and promote a performance based culture across functions.
Be actively involved in all activities related to PMS (Goal Setting, Midterm, Annual Review, Promotion Activities, Communication with the Leaders, generating reports, data analysis)
- Supporting BCoE Performance & Rewards in managing Performance Management System for the CFI Sector (Chemicals, Fashion Yarn, Insulators) in India, Thailand, Germany and USA.
- Ensuring timely completion of Goal Setting, Mid-Year Performance Review, End Year Performance Review.
- Organising and managing Performance Rating normalisation.
- Conducting Goal Audit and taking initiative to ensure quality of goals.
- Taking initiatives to increase efficacy of performance management system.
- Working on enhancing employees and managers capabilities for effective performance management through various interventions, trainings and e-learning programs.
- Coordinating with Group HR and Unit HR Teams for implementation of Group Performance Management initiatives.
- Driving PingMe continuous performance feedback system.
Along with PMS the person will also take care of Job Analysis & Evaluation Portfolio as mentioned below:
- To coordinate with functions and help them in writing / rewriting of Job Descriptions as per organization structure.
- Ensure the proper quality of JDs as per the Job Evaluation guidelines.
- Facilitate Job evaluation committee meeting for timely evaluation of JDs.
- Prepare the Job Band Communication documents and ensure timely communication of Job Band to employees
- Ensure all employee related benefits should be given on time to employees based on Job Band
- To play pivotal role in restructuring by analysing organograms and assisting in manpower study
- Act as SPOC from business to Group on JAE related activities
- Assisting business units in modification of positions at regular interval through Job Architecture
