Job Description

Dear Candidate,

Greetings of the day!

We are Hiring for Team Member- Bill processing & AP Accounting

Key result areas:

Processing of vendor invoices within 3 days of receipt of valid invoice.
Ensuring the correctness of invoices before processing the invoices such as Approval / PO & Contract and checking GST / TDS related compliances.
Suppliers query resolution.
Prepare timely and accurate MIS for management.
Ensuring all the required documents related to foreign suppliers are collected and validated before making the foreign remittance.
Accounting of employees travels bills.

Must have skills:

Must have experience of working in related field- banking , accounting etc.
CA with at least 3-5 years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications:

High School Graduate,Chartered Accountant
