Job Description
Principal Consultant Salesforce
In this role, you will be responsible for crafting clean, functional code that flawlessly suits the needs of the company. Your main focus will be coding and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests. To support Engineer using Agile Methodology and should have an end to end understanding of business use cases, to transform them into an effective and strategic solution. Work with business people to have a real time problem and, craft the solution which really fits into client needs.
Responsibilities
- Mentor and grow Salesforce Engineering team members. Objectively measure team performance and provide guidance to improve.
- Develop and demonstrate new strategies that apply technology to resolve organizational challenges. Work to eliminate obstacles and roadblocks to ensure your team can focus on execution. Proactively search for ways to improve and optimize our application and processes
- Work with stakeholders cross-departmentally (including Servicing, Collections, Business Development, etc.) to strategize and develop creative solutions. Collect, synthesize, and execute on enhancement requests from every corner of the business.
- Perform hands-on configuration of new and existing functionality including user management, security, custom objects, page layouts, validation rules, advanced formulas, process builder, flows, reporting and dashboards.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
- B.Tech/B.E/ MCA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred qualifications
- 5 yrs exp in salesforce
- Exp in salesforce Admin and Salesfoce Developer
- Development exp. In Apex, REST Services, Flows, Aura component.
- Lightning component development.
- Good knowledge in Javascript.
- Has worked on Salesforce Classic to Lightning migration project.
