Respond to Client queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
Effectively manage interview scheduling requests coming from the Resourcing Specialist
Contact the Clients to set up face-to-face meetings, phone calls or video conferences with the shortlisted candidates
Coordinate diaries of all parties involved in the interviewing process
Ensure that the interview panel is provided with all information necessary to conduct the interview, including links to interview guides and candidates CVs
Ensure that the candidate is provided with all information necessary to attend the interview
Answer scheduling process related queries from candidates, hiring managers and team members, identifying and resolving the root cause of any issues, managing issues appropriately and escalating for action as required
Requirements:
Any Graduate
Fluency in English
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to deal with a high volume of work and tight deadlines
Very good communication skills, ability to build relationships with the clients.
Flexibility and customer focused approach
Good written and verbal skills (sound grammar and attention to detail in written communication)
Ability to think laterally / solve problems
Good working knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
