 Customer Service Representative

Job Description

  • Respond to Client queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
  • Effectively manage interview scheduling requests coming from the Resourcing Specialist
  • Contact the Clients to set up face-to-face meetings, phone calls or video conferences with the shortlisted candidates
  • Coordinate diaries of all parties involved in the interviewing process
  • Ensure that the interview panel is provided with all information necessary to conduct the interview, including links to interview guides and candidates CVs
  • Ensure that the candidate is provided with all information necessary to attend the interview
  • Answer scheduling process related queries from candidates, hiring managers and team members, identifying and resolving the root cause of any issues, managing issues appropriately and escalating for action as required
  • Requirements:
  • Any Graduate
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to deal with a high volume of work and tight deadlines
  • Very good communication skills, ability to build relationships with the clients.
  • Flexibility and customer focused approach
  • Good written and verbal skills (sound grammar and attention to detail in written communication)
  • Ability to think laterally / solve problems
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
