We are hiring for,
Network_Administrator_SBIePay
Skill: Working As Network Administrator (Citrix Admin)
Experience: 2+ yrs
Minimum 2+ Years of Experience in Citrix Administration
Responsible for managing NetScaler VPX/MPX version 11:00 and later.
Responsible for managing day-to-day administration, planning and problem solving for Citrix
NetScaler environment on 24x7 basis.
Responsible for managing DR drills and Mockdrill planning.
Responsible for performance tuning and providing a high availability Citrix environment to eliminate
single point of failure.
Candidate will ideally be someone who has worked as an architect advanced troubleshooting and
experience supporting Citrix in a large global environment
Responsible for innovation roadmaps, maintenance scheduling, life cycle management and capacity
management for the Citrix environment and related dependent technologies.
Design, install, monitor, and provide support for all functions of Citrix Systems and associated
ecosystem and related applications directly or with the team
Strong understanding of Load Manager, Resource manager and installation manager.
Good technical and problem and application analytical Skills on Netscaler products
Good technical Understanding of SSL Certificate and to perform the updates and renewal on Servers
and NetScaler device
Good in understanding the various upgrade actions on Citrix Products NetScaler firmware
Capable to resolve the security based problems on Citrix
Trouble shooting Citrix based problems with Root cause analysis
Strong understanding of Load balancer Policies in Citrix and Profile Management
Availability DR Production experience Power Shell Script and Automation Skill RPA
Serve periodically as after-hours on-call support for general IT infrastructure issues and specific Citrix
related issues Possess strong Presentation and Customer Service Skills
Checking error reports and health check of the Citrix Load Blancer.
Candidates should be willing to work on 24x7 and on-call support during critical issues.
Raise and track Service Requests with Citrix OEM.
