Job Description
Dear Candidate,
We're Opening for Accounts & Finance Manager
Roles & Responsibilities :-
FINANCIAL AND ACCOUNTING REPORTING:
- Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are appropriate and are in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles for all the entities.
- Monitors financial performance by measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances for all the entities.
- Oversees all the payable and receivables based on the organizations agreed timelines.
- Responsible for monthly reporting, operating results and financial position and variance explanation for all the entities to the leadership team.
- Responsible to report and review bank reconciliations, loan schedules etc.
BUDGETING
- Responsible for developing financial organizational objectives for Holding Company and Subsidies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to leadership team for strategic thinking and direction.
- Establishes functional/departmental objectives in line with organizational objectives.
AUDITS AND COMPLIANCE:
- Responsible for implementing and ensuring compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures for all the entities.
- Responsible for positive closure of audits.
- Ensures all the supporting information is in place for annual and external audits.
- Ensure that all statutory requirements of the organization are met and complied with the local regulations.
RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Oversees relationship with the banks and other financial bodies.
- Responsible for relationship management with regulatory bodies.
TEAM MANAGEMNT AS DEPARTMENT HEAD:
-Accountable for team handling and team performance.
-Conduct review meetings and establish action plans on regular intervals
3. Qualifications and Experience required for the position
- Certified Chartered Accountant from ICAI or MBA finance
- Graduate in commence with an excellent track record of academics.
- Total experience of 7 years+.
- Has handled Manager role for 2+ years with direct reports to the department head level.
- In-depth understanding of accounting principles and procedures of domestic and international market.
