Roles and Responsibilities

Operation and maintenance of HVAC systems like AHUs, ventilation units, air washers, purified water systems, RO systems and DM water systems
Awareness and clear understanding of clean room and HVAC guidelines.
Validation of new facilities and Revalidation of HVAC system.
Preparation and review of area qualification and qualification documents of HVAC systems and able to prepare SOP's and continuous of improvements of GMP documents like VMP, FQ.
Validation of and Revalidation of water systems.
Preparation of qualification documents of new water systems and modification of HVAC systems.
Handling of deviations and CAPA and compliance of regulatory and customers audits.
Effective communication and good coordination having through knowledge of GMP and HSE.
